CoproSens · demo

Property manager tools, with no re-keying.

Charges split to the cent, service-charge calls per unit, and general meeting documents ready to review. Example based on the fictional building Résidence Le Clos des Mésanges (42 units, 10,000 ownership shares).

Annual budget

Heating: variable share based on each unit’s heat cost allocators, fixed share based on ownership shares. Reserve fund: at least 5% of the annual budget (French rule).

Simple mode is the one used in the demo dashboard (unit 01: $796.98 per quarter). Detailed mode charges the lift to upper-floor units only and uses actual water and heating consumption.
