Owners’ council dashboard: €750 (included in the founding offer). Extra day: €550. Beyond the included time, maintenance is billed at €550 per day. Microsoft 365 licences re-invoiced at cost (indicative basis €7.80 per member per month, taxes included). AI consumption is billed directly by Microsoft to the building; during the pilot, it is deducted from our invoice.
